Yesterday was Wet 'n' Wild Tabloid Sports Day. This is when we all split up into our 4 house teams and then into teams to compete for house points. Of course Pukeko was always going to win, so we were not that worried about it all.
This is Miss Hammond's activity. It was like a fire man drill back in the early 1900's. There was a bucket at the start and one at the end. We had to move a little bucket (which accidentally hadholes in it!) from one end of our team to the other. The first team to over flow the bucket. Will a little 'help' PUKEKO won everytime! Hehe
Ethan Says - First my group went to the
school pool with Mr cheshem his game was that you had to put bottle cap
in the bucket and the first one to get them most in wins. My team
WON!!!! GO PUKEKO
The next game was going to Miss Robinson and you had to throw water balloons into a basket without breaking them. MY TEAM GOT 47 points for PUKEKO!!!

This is Rhylee doing the gumboot relay. You had to fill the gum boot with water and then walk it to another bucket to empty it. Seriously ew yuck grose!
Awesome Pictures! The gumboot race looks like a very tricky relay.

DeleteNice to see about the exciting games and activities at Frankton Primary School, I really like how there's the photo's with the activities so you can read about it and see about it as well. I think Rhylee would have had fun wearing that gumboot.
